Photographic Prints
Purchases of photographic prints (wall art) are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind.
If your print is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order [here]. here.
Kindly include a photo of the damage with your email.
Note: We do not offer exchanges.
Print Handling Instructions
When you receive your print, please do not open it immediately.
We recommend taking it to a professional framer to avoid any damage.
For the longevity of your print, we recommend the following:
Keep the print out of direct sunlight.
Frame it using archival-quality mat board and lightweight acrylic glass.
Media
If you upload images to this website, please avoid uploading files that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS).

Purchase Instructions
All products displayed in our online store at http://www.uniqati.com can be ordered quickly and easily. Simply find the item you want, select the size, and complete the checkout process. We will ensure your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe.
Once you enter our website, browse or search for products. To make your search faster and easier, you can use filters to select the type and size of the item you want.
When you choose a product, select the desired size and add it to your cart. A window will appear at the top of the screen showing the items in your cart and allowing you to proceed directly to checkout.
When you have finished selecting products, click “Order” to open a form where you will enter your personal and delivery details. After entering your address, click “Next” to proceed.
The next step is to review your order — check whether you have selected all desired items and that sizes and quantities are correct. The screen will display all items in your cart. If everything is correct, proceed to confirm your order.
Then choose your payment method. Currently available options are: A) Cash on delivery B) Card payment
If you choose to pay by card, you will be asked to enter the following details: card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVV code (usually located on the back of the card). You may also be asked to select the card type (brand).
In the next step, you will receive a purchase confirmation which you can print or save. It will include transaction details such as: transaction status (successful or not) order ID (unique for each order) amount paid and currency last four digits of your card and card type bank authorization code date and time of the transaction
This completes the online purchase process. After that, you will be notified of your order status via email. Your order is considered accepted only after you receive an email confirmation from us. The goods you ordered will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the confirmation.
